「ゆーり」オリジナル楽曲 二次創作ガイドライン
いつもご視聴いただきありがとうございます。
「ゆーり」オリジナル楽曲を使った「歌ってみた」「踊ってみた」「リミックス」などのたくさんの投稿、いつも楽しみに拝見しております。
ビクターエンタテインメント株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、ファンやクリエイターの方（以下「お客様」といいます）が、アーティスト「ゆーり」に関する音源や映像、静止画像素材（以下「オリジナルコンテンツ」といいます）を二次創作し、TikTok、YouTube等のSNS・配信プラットフォームにおいて投稿利用することをお楽しみいただくために、本ガイドラインを策定いたします。
本ガイドラインにおいて「二次創作」とは、オリジナルコンテンツを元に新たな創作性を加え、新たな著作物等（以下「二次創作作品」といいます）を創作することをいいます。
オリジナルコンテンツをそのままコピーして利用する行為は二次創作には該当しません。
なお、本ガイドラインに基づくオリジナルコンテンツの利用は、個人の方による非営利目的の利用にかぎり、法人・団体による利用については適用されません。
二次創作にあたっては、下記事項を遵守していただくようお願いいたします。
１．オリジナルコンテンツは、当社が二次創作用に配布する公式素材にかぎります。また、SNS・配信プラットフォームへの投稿以外の目的において二次創作作品を利用することはできません。
２．オリジナルコンテンツの映像素材を二次創作する際には、必ずオリジナルコンテンツの音源素材を背景音楽として利用し、ゆーり以外の第三者の音楽を利用することはお控えください。
３．二次創作作品を、有償無償にかかわらず、商業目的（広報・広告目的を含みます）で利用することは禁止します。ただし、二次創作作品が投稿されるSNS・配信プラットフォームにおいてお客様が行う収益化については、当社によるオリジナルコンテンツの利用に商業上悪影響を及ぼさないと当社が判断するかぎりにおいて商業目的と見做すことはいたしません。ただし、当社は、各SNS・配信プラットフォームの著作権管理システム等を利用し、お客様が投稿する二次創作作品から収益を得る場合があります。
４．二次創作作品を公開する場合には必ず当社が指定するクレジットを明記してください。当社の指定がない場合は省略可能となります。
５．以下のような表現、表記を含む二次創作および二次創作作品の利用は禁止します。
・ゆーりの公式コンテンツであるかのような誤解を招くような表現、表記
・公序良俗に反するもの、反社会的なもの、暴力的、差別的な内容、表現
・特定の個人や団体を誹謗中傷するような内容、表現
・ゆーり本人、オリジナルコンテンツや当社のイメージ、名誉を著しく損なうもの
・第三者の知的財産権その他の権利や名誉を侵害するもの
・その他、二次創作の主旨を逸脱し不適切であると当社が判断するもの
６．本ガイドラインに反する二次創作および二次創作作品の利用に対しては、利用の差し止め請求、SNS・配信プラットフォーム等への削除要請等、必要な法的措置を講じる場合があります。
本ガイドラインは事前の予告なく、改訂されることがあります。二次創作に際しては、必ず最新のガイドラインを確認した上で、お楽しみください。

Guidelines for Secondary Creation
Thank you for listening to our music.
We would like to make a request regarding the use of Yuri's original songs in secondary productions.
Regarding some of the following postings.
Victor Entertainment, Inc. ("Company" or "we") has established these guidelines so that fans and creators (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Customers" or "you") can enjoy creating derivative works of sound, video, and still image materials related to artist "Yuri" (hereinafter referred to as the "Original Content") and post them on social media and distribution platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. These guidelines have been established so that Customers may enjoy creating derivative works of Original Content related to Yuri and posting and using them on social media and distribution platforms such as TikTok and YouTube.
In these Guidelines, "derivative works" means the creation of new works of authorship (hereinafter referred to as "Derivative Works") by adding new creativity to the Original Content.
The act of copying and using the Original Content as is does not constitute derivative work.
The use of the Original Content based on these guidelines is limited to non-commercial use by individuals and does not apply to use by corporations or organizations.
When creating Derivative Works, please adhere to the following:
1. The Original Content is limited to official materials distributed by Company for Derivative Works. You may not use Derivative Works for any purpose other than posting on social media and distribution platforms.
2. When creating Derivative Works from the Original Content, please ensure to use the sound source materials of the Original Content as background music, and refrain from using music by third parties other than Yuri.
3. The use of Derivative Works for commercial purposes (including publicity and advertising purposes) is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether any compensation is received. However, the monetization of Derivative Works by Customers on social media and/or distribution platforms to which the Derivative Works are posted will not be considered commercial use, if Company determines that the monetization does not adversely affect the Company's commercial use of the Original Content. However, Company may use the copyright management system of each social media and distribution platform to obtain revenue from Derivative Works posted by Customers.
4. When publishing Derivative Works, please be sure to include the credit specified by Company. If we do not specify any such credit, it can be omitted.
5. The use of Derivative Works and Derivative Works that include the following expressions and notations is prohibited:
・Expressions and descriptions that may be misleading as if they were Yuri’s official content
・Content or expressions that are offensive to public order and morals, antisocial, violent, or discriminatory
・Content or expressions that defame or slander specific individuals or groups
・Any content that seriously damages the image or reputation of Yuri, the Original Content, and/or Company
・Any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or other rights or reputation of a third party
・Any content that Company judges as inappropriate because it deviates from the purpose of the secondary creation.
6. In the event of the use of Derivative Works or Derivative Works that violate these guidelines, we may take necessary legal action, such as requesting an injunction to stop the use of Derivative Works, or requesting the removal of the Derivative Works from social media and distribution platforms, etc.
These guidelines are subject to change without prior notice. When creating Derivative Works, please be sure to check the latest guidelines before enjoying them.
